  : Apartment design is nice, well lit but small. Plugs, lights, hot water work. Overall functional and location is central. They have lockers down at Level 0 for luggage storage. Wish we knew before we paid for luggage deposit elsewhere.
  : Because it's in an old building, you'll hear movements from the other residents. A door opening, someone moving a chair. Lift is small.

  : The location was excellent. Great starting point to all city trips. However there was no noise from the street.
  : It was very tiny and for 3 adult guests not comfortably. It was constant problem with set of towels.

  : The studio apartment was perfect for what we needed - very central location close to the Praa do Comrcio and 5 minutes walk to the Se (Cathedral). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom fine and the place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen area is very small (behind a cupboard door) but was fine for us to prepare snacks and hot drinks.
  : As others have said, a shelf in the bathroom would have been useful. The pre-check-in process was a bit of a faff - make sure you have a photo of your passport before you start the process as it will time out quickly if you stop! You can just use the machine at reception on the day. The room was fine with 2 of us in, but if a third person was using the sofa bed we'd have had nowhere to put stuff down. Some apartments I've stayed in before have useful information to hand like nearby restaurants, where to get trams, taxis etc and this would be appreciated.

  : Located in the heart of Lisbon, right next to the Praco da Commercio, it was a wonderful location. The rooms were cleaned everyday and it had a small balcony too. In the small kitchenette, there was microwave and induction too.
  : It was a little small. The bathroom was quite small, but since it is right next to the Commerce Square, wouldnt expect large spacious rooms

  : It was impeccably clean. Has iron and kitchenette. There is an elevator. Walking distance from Alfama and Praa do Comercio.
  : Our safe didn't work. It felt impersonal since there is no staff, you interact with a machine and via message. Don't expect warmth, but it serves the purpose.
