: spacious place in Loft style, heating was provided, I was allowed to do a late checkout which helped me a lot.
: kitchen is equipped very basic, cutlery partly broken, would expect a bit better quality

: pretty nice location. you are pretty much walking distance from everything in the city centre.
: the property is no longer in the same condition as the pictures. It shows signs of a severe degradation. the entrance is really messy and not a able to give you pleasant welcome.

: It is difficult to find property. Entrance doors didn't work properly. Pee smell in bathroom area. No cleaning, shower products. There is no salt and pepper in the kitchen. Although they knew how many guests would be there, we were still short of towels and sofa bed linen. Difficult to contact property before stay to address any questions.

: The location is good, Principe Real is a great area to stay. The property is quiet.
: It is not easy to find the property. But the one nowhere to be found is the wi-fi - the network didn't even exist. I complained several times, but they never solved it (they even stopped answering the phone) They said they would compensate me, but I'm still waiting. Another annoying "feature": the bathroom is in the kitchen. Update: I forgot a skirt and a cup hat inside the closet, talked to them to get them back... No positive reply, I can't believe they even stole my clothes! And still no news on the compensation. Seriously, this place is not worth the trouble.
