  : Tasteful interior, all very fresh, new and clean. Location is in the very heart of downtown Lisbon, where all the little restaurants, shops but also tourists are. The appartement itself is very quiet, though.
  : Its not cheap, and while its not a hotel its not a B&B either. You have to show up on the exact check-in time agreed, not earlier like I did; as you never know how long the trip from the airport I prefer hotels. The girl checking me in was a bit hasty and said the keys would cover both front-door and appartment-door which was not the case, good I asked for the code of the front door - first didnt take it and closed myself out.

  : The pros: The apartment was spacious, clean, had a well equipped kitchen and was in a great location. It also had an elevator, which was helpful for getting luggage up and down.
  : The cons: Unfortunately the beds were really REALLY hard and uncomfortable. Im not usually a complainer about mattresses but I woke up several times a night and in the morning I was stiff and sore. My friend ended up sleeping on the couch and found it better there. We were there for 5 nights and didnt look forward to going to bed. Its a relatively expensive place. Hopefully they can put in better mattresses.

  : Great location, nice apartment, clean spacious.
  : The code for downstairs did not open the door consistently. Sometimes we would wait 5 minutes putting in the code till buzzer rang. Inconvenient especially late at night. Needs to be fixed

  : The location was great, with many restaurants close by. Easy access to the Metro. Surprisingly quiet apartment. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. I really enjoyed being able to open the windows and having dinner over the street scene.
  : Locating the apartment was a bit of a challenge. Floor could have been cleaner. Two of the kitchen cabinet doors were askew (minor issue). I could not find extra garbage bags. I didn't initially receive the entry code via email and had to call to have it sent. I had tried to contact the management via email but did not get a response.Once I did get through the agent was very helpful and promptly sent me the code.

  : Dirty shower stall and when shower turns on, the water leaks out the door and wet the whole dry area. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, without any spares. When the rolls ran out, we asked via email and was told that its weekend and no one works on weekends. We had to buy our own toilet paper. But when asked if we could have a late check up, was told staff had to clean up and get ready for the next check in guests. What happened to no one works in weekend? Only one small bottle of body wash cum shampoo in the bathroom. And it was diluted with water. We had to ask for another. Nespresso machine without any coffee pods. All that was advertised wasnt what it seems.
