: Beautiful flat in an excellent location
: - Check in is done at their office, miles away from the flat itself- The flat was dirty with lots of hairs all over the floor- Nothing to wash dishes (detergent, brush, sponge)- No soap, shower gel or shampoo- Broken fixtures on the bathroom- Cot wasn't assembled correctly, and had no blanket (late December) and undersized sheets, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep- Pillows were uncomfortable (cheapest ikea pillows probably) and blanket was very thin- Only provided 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 children- The beautiful living room lamp you see on the pictures had a broken light bulb- There was another small lamp which was connected but had no lightbulb, which is a huge security risk

: The apartment is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. They have central heating, which is great.
: I had to call management twice to get informed of my check in and if I didn’t call, I wouldn’t know how to do it.I got to the apartment and they didn’t tell me about the central heating, so I had to guess and find how to control it by myself. Also, they had no soap. Yep... no soap... not even to wash your hands. They have a beautiful dispenser in the bathroom but it was empty. There’s not soap to shower either so I called them and they told me that due to Corona virus they went giving soap anymore. I never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. They have no napkins or towels in the kitchen. The basin had a leakage that the staff saw with me and did not send anybody to fix it.They at least had enough towels for me to dry the counter after using it.It’s a shame, because the apartment is amazing. But I was very bothered about the lack of professionalism of the staff.
