  : The apartment is clean and well-equipped with everything. Rooms are large and spacy. Panoramic windows with good soundproofing.
  : There is no air conditioning at all and no ventilation at all. This is not good for Lisbon's humid, hot climate - opening windows is the only hope of bringing some freshness into the room. However, the building stays on the crossing of two quite busy roads, and the noise level is high. As a result, it's impossible to sleep with open windows, and it's impossible to sleep with closed windows either due to lack of fresh air. Moreover, the bed linen is made from dense, hardly-breathable material; also, they put a sheet of protective waterproof (and thus completely non-breathable) material over the mattress. As a result, you feel yourself in the bed like wrapped in plastic, a very sweaty experience. Hot water in the bathroom is really cold - you have to drain water for 3-5 minutes until it slowly becomes hot. Internet speed from local WiFi is very slow - forget about YouTube. Ceiling lighting has dimming functionality; however, they used incorrect LED lamps, and they begin to flicker if I try to use dimming. The entire 22-floor building had only one functioning lift - it takes a lot of time to wait until it becomes available.

  : A really high quality apartment with exceptional views situated in a great area. I loved the layout and the style and it was fantastic to be on an upper floor so that the traffic noise was reduced. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional.
  : The mattress on the bed was awful. I had back ache after sleeping and needed help from housekeeping after the first night and they provided extra pillows to put on top of the bed but these wedged up so had another uncomfortable night. This was especially difficult as I had recently had a hospital stay and needed to rest. The receptionist on arrival was very suspicious as I tried to open the door to the reception area and blocked my entry which was rude and offensive. I felt there was some discrimination involved. I had initially booked two extra nights due to the general high quality of the accommodation but then after experiencing the bed mattress I tried to cancel. This was a big palaver indeed and I was put off by the formality and lack of customer service. Booking.com helped me in the end and were fantastic in negotiating with the property. I believe the only reason they agreed to cancel was due to my medical condition - I think the owners of the property are quite unrelenting in terms of their income and general customer satisfaction needs attention.

  : Almost luxury and big space, with everything that you need. In my case, also 1 block from my office. Bathroom better than a 4 stars hotel. Bed super. Kitchen with all devices and tools. Living room like your house. Free WIFI. Great view. Really is panoramic.
  : Cleaning was not everyday but 1 day yes, one day no.

  : No storage! Too many knick-knacks. No dishwasher soap. No pot holders. Housekeeping is a bit challenging to schedule. For an exec apartment, basics should go beyond the bare minimum, pls.
