  : Excellent location. Very central. Lots of eating places near by Very clean apartment and secure. Good sized bathroom and comfortable lounge and dining area. Good value for money
  : No lock on bathroom door and no mirrors in bedrooms which is needed to do hair and makeup. Had issue with shower in ensuite which resulted in us not being able to use but thankfully towards end of stay. Despite this enjoyed our stay.

  : Clean, good location
  : No air con. Shower didnt work properly - stuck on rain (which was lovely) but the other was seized so if you didnt want to wash your hair a pain. Wanted to check in 45mins early, made to pay the 15 - has to be in cash which we didnt carry so had to make trip for withdrawal. Bit annoyed as really unnecessary to meet & greet - I know how to open and lock doors, could have just had safe key box and welcome pack. Door knob (push/pull open/close) broken. Ants getting in somehow so had to watch any crumbs - and I mean any crumbs!

  : Location and balcony were the positive aspects of this property. Having a full kitchen, but then again, that's why we book apartments (we were staying at the Four Seasons following this stay and wanted a kitchen and apartment beforehand).
  : The hosts (property managers, not owners) were extremely difficult to deal with. After informing them our flight had been delayed & then our bags lost (we called them from the lost baggage services counter, we told them our flight was delayed before leaving Heathrow), they had the nerve to tell us they would charge us for a late check in after 9pm if we did not arrive soon (we were not at risk of arriving after 9 pm, we landed at 6 pm & dealt with the lost baggage, so headed into town around 7:30pm). Then, after telling them 30 minutes prior to arrival, en route from the airport, they made us wait 20 minutes for the keys (we arrived at the flat, carried things up the cobbled stairs, texted to say they were there, & only THEN did they say they would fetch the keys & meet us, despite speaking by phone 30 minutes earlier, to tell them we were on our way).The man offered NO assistance & was quite frustrating when we expressed our annoyance waiting in a cloud of cigar smoke (people smoking directly outside) when we were warned we'd be charged if we were late, & we gave them advanced notice, forcing my 42 kg girlfriend in a custom made dress & her usual (including every Lisbon visit) 5" heels to lug up 4 bags (heavy tote bags & a leather duffel, 8 hats, etc), while he carried nothing (2 long flights of spiral stairs).All walls (i.e. living room, kitchen) to the common staircase are ALL glass & offer no privacy (i.e. if you walk out of the bathroom naked, don't have the door to the bathroom closed-you can see inside the bathroom from the common hallway if the door is open due to the mirror-anyone that chooses to walk up can see you).There is only a simple small lock on the glass door.

  : The location was great, pretty central. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.
  : The place smelled very damp, and I could see the mould. No air conditioner it felt so hot. Definitely wouldn't feel safe sleeping with an open window.The fans are noisy without the air plugs it's so hard to sleep. They also gave us just one toilet roll. We were staying for 4 nights. I think a few extra towels should be given because there are no facilities to wash and dry things.

  : They sent someone to check out the very noisy water heater within an hour of my call. They wanted to charge us extra for arriving 15 minutes earlier than check in even though i had texted our arrival time and they had said no problem. When i suggested we all just stand outside the apartment for 15 minutes they let us in without additional charge.
  : It is located in a staired street, only way in is after 40 outdoor steps. The apartment was mouldy, we were told there were 2 fans we could run which did not help. Only window was in front of the bed and faced the common stairs which all guests had to use to get to the other apartments, so everyone looked in on us. The noise from above was unbearable, as soon as anyone woke up it was like elephants stamping. Internet was so slow you couldn't steam. Bathroom was discustingly dirty. We booked for 3 nights but left after the first one, we were offered a refund for unused nights only if we didn't leave a review. Complaints to booking have gone unanswered. I can't believe such incredible poor accommodation can remain listed. Save your money and stay at a youth hostel, you'll have a much better experience

  : Loved the location, very central to all attractions as well as restaurants and cafs. The apartment itself was lovely, and to be able to sit in the courtyard especially in the evenings was fabulous.
  : The steps up to it were a little bit steep when you had to carry luggage. Also it would have been fantastic if we could have stored our luggage there on our day of departure as we had a late flight.
