  : The smell of the dreins in the bathrom. The room was not very clean and you can hear all the noise from the outside. It seems like you were sleeping outside.

  : The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, walking distance to several restaurants and other venues.
  : The rooms are not as advertised. The pictures on Booking.com make the place look much better than it actually is. The rooms are very small and you are not guaranteed the room that you book online. You book a room online but the rooms are handed out on a first come, first serve basis. So we were given a much smaller room than we had booked. after complaining vigorously, we were moved to a slightly bigger room, but the smell in our room was unbearable. It literally smelled like the sewer had backed-up (The smell was coming from the shower drain in the washroom). We tried to find a different hotel but there wasn't a single room available in Lisbon that weekend due to Taylor Swift performing in town. We tried to make the best of our stay there by going out and buying air fresheners for our room, but the sewage smell was just too strong. We keep the washroom door closed all the time and stayed out of our room everyday except for a few hours a night to sleep. We would spray enough air freshener to get to sleep and then start spraying again as soon as we woke up.

  : Very big and comfortable room. Checkout time is ok. You can leave your bags at the hotel after checking out. Good location.

  : The hotel is in a good location ten minutes from the metro
  : The room size was fine, not very clean, the old carpet is not very hygienic, only one small bottle of water for three days, two sliding windows that could be closed safely, also because we were on the first floor. A mattress about 4 centimeters overlapped on another mattress, in short it wasn't very comfortable. Too much money for a hotel like this
