  : The customer service could have been better, along with room readiness. The property manager Ericka was absolutely lovely along with the third young lady, but we booked with a third party company and weren't informed of certain additional expenses (a deposit) and we requested to do early check in since we were driving 10 plus hours. We did not expect to come and have someone be rude and ugly because of a request that had been made on our behalf a month prior to our trip.
  : Rhada was super unprofessional and rude. It took me snapping at her to get her to not be rude to us. We found dirty sheets (it looked like blood) and a dirty band aide in the shower to which we were told by her that it was not when we took pictures. The first room we got was just gross. We asked for a clean room only to find out they gave us the first room without cleaning it. The second room was provided by the property manager herself, Ericka. She was lovely, professional, and very kind. The second room was good and clean, our toilet handle fell completely off the second night in the room. A that point, it wouldn't even flush anything down, not even pee. My significant other requested another room because of this and the lady (we did not get her name), was also very kind and understanding. He informed her that we were not trying to knit pick but we could not use the restroom at all. We then got moved to our third room. This room was good, clean, and had no issues for the rest of the stay.

  : Pool was closed. Desk said there was a plumbing problem. the water was brown.Although the rooms AC was working, it was rattling and extremely noisy causing sleep problems for all 3 of us

  : If you need to blow a night in southwest little Rock, this is as good a place as any. Staff were kind.
  : The area is pretty crunchy, and this hotel is in a state of understandable disrepair.

  : The staff was super friendly, they were very helpfull
  : the location was not what I had in mind, you could clearly see it was not the safest, we had to leave some of our belongings in our vehice and we felt very anxius that someone might break a window and steal something, if I knew the location was like that I’ve choose a different hotel. Also, the room had a very weird smell that didn’t allowed us to enjoy our stay and relax because I was thinking might not been fully cleaned and also there was pee in the elevator

  : Location was in questionable area. Staff was barely around. We had two queen beds and one bed had a bunch of little lash hairs or some kind of nasty hairs on it along with what looked like dried up boogers. Heard noise all night especially being next to the staff only doors.
