  : Location was across the street from our tournament location.
  : No early check in was available so we had to check in after 8:00 pm when we finished our tournament play for the day. The first night we only showered and went straight to bed due to the late check in and our need to leave early for tournament the next morning. The next day we left for our tournament at 6:30 am returned around noon only to retrieve replacement contact lenses then did not return until after 3:30 pm, only to shower and change then left again by 5:00 pm and didn’t return until close to 10:00 pm. So our physical time in the room was very limited. However our belongings were stored in the room the entire time we were not. When a health and safety problem with our room was reported to front desk, the staff did nothing. No staff came to our room to look into the problem and upon returning to the front desk to inform the staff we had packed our things and would be leaving the same staff member that we provided video of the issue couldn’t even remember what room we were in. Additionally we contacted the hotel through booking.com and by email directly without a single response from management.

  : We entered our room and saw dead bugs (roaches) in the bathroom & then found live bugs (roaches & spiders) in the kitchen.
