  : Location, wonderful included breakfast, clean & inviting room. Very impressed.
  : At first, felt I was an inconvenience to the front desk staff. But as we talked, she warmed up & I ended up really liking her. The hotel had lots of kids that weekend, so noise from kids running & yelling in the hallway. But it didn’t keep me from sleeping. So all is good.

  : Very cozy rooms, a lot of amenities (coffee Starbucks, fruits) available. Kids especially like indoor swimming pool with hot tube. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere

  : Our room could have better prepared. The refrigerator was not able to be adjusted due to a broken thermostat knob, to which we had to ask maintenance to adjust. The room also lacked aDo Not Disturb placard, which had to be obtained at the front desk.

  : Tamika was great! Our check in was smooth and she was very helpful! However, Our visit Sunday became different in the morning, I felt stalked getting off the elevator into breakfast! As did every guest! Anyone headed toward the breakfast was stopped immediately. They were then asked where is your card? Most people had them, no problem! I just thought this was quite tacky. I’m glad I had breakfast included or it could have been quite embarrassing as others were! They felt as if they were trying to “steal breakfast!” lol? Idk maybe a different system other than the front desk lady chasing people into breakfast? She definitely wasn’t pleasant about it either! Then the first day the Starbucks coffee was included for members, which cards were not checked, but the second morning guess what??? She was charging people. Which how is she to know who is a member or not? Complimentary coffee is great, but the way it is how is any staff to know whom is a member or not? I’m glad I was because it would have been a different conversation with this lady and I! Which btw she didn’t ask me about a membership for coffee? The room we had was fine! In fact Tamika was very accommodating with our needs , since I did mess up on my reservation! It was handled amazing by her and I believe his name was Jim! Pool was clean! Overall, I was content besides this lady! Which I did not see her name tag.

  : The location near the highway and a couple places to eat was ideal since we were stopping only overnight. The pool was clean and my kids loved it. They did have a coffee maker that we didn’t use and fresh bottled water.
  : The fridge wasn’t exactly cold, and there was nothing like silverware etc even though there was a small kitchenette. (I’m sure you could request from the front desk, but I wasn’t going to make trouble for a single fork).
