  : The hotel was in a good location, onsite parking was great as I did not have to worry about my car whilst out. Staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price the hotel met expectations.
  : Breakfast times could be later, it was 7.30am to 8.45am, as we had been out until late the night before I would have preferred the option for a later breakfast.

  : Plenty of choice. The coffee was excellent, a bugbear of mine usually. Staff were professional and friendly.

  : The breakfast was good with a very good selection of choice. The beds were comfortableStaff were very helpful and friendly.
  : Unfortunately we were unable to use the shower in the room as the hotel was having problems with water pressure and were awaiting a new boiler. It is disappointing that no offer of drinks, food or a reduction in price for the lack of facilities as way of an apology.

  : Spacious comfortable bedroom and bathroom, good storage, cosy beds. Quiet location. Really liked the in-house tapas restaurant. Comfortable lounge, Good breakfast.
  : The shower took about 5 minutes to warm up and the flow of water was way too 'gentle'. A towel rail near the shower cubicle would be handy,

  : The room was clean and spacious. Food was lovely in the restaurant in the evening and it was a well stocked bar. Owner was warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He printed out something for us to do on the Sunday morning. Breakfast was adequate with a limited cold self service cereal/yoghurt/fruit section. The full English was ok - had to send our toast back as it was with us for 15 minutes prior to our cooked breakfast & no plate to butter it on!
  : The floor creaked and the mattress was smaller than the frame. The shower pressure was awful and it was so tricky to get the right temperature in the shower. We left an adapter in the room with phone & watch chargers when we left. When we returned a few hours later it wasn’t there… after a text message to the cleaner apparently the watch charger leads were there but nothing else!!!! Unfortunately the owner couldn’t call the cleaner for any form of clarification as she was in the hospital! Not entirely sure how the watch chargers leads can be there but not the adapter or other leads! Owner was not apologetic or helpful at this point… dismissive when I asked him to post my property should he find it! Will not stay again.

  : Breakfast vert good, juice, tea/ coffee, toast, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and choice of cooked I.e scrambled egg, full English.Walking distance to. metro stop and bus stop outside.Bar available and lounge a well as option for a n evening meal. Outdoor space at front. Owner very knowledgeable on local transport and whet to see, very helpful and accommodating.
