  : Leaving in the morning.
  : Beds was uncomfortable, lumps and hoĺes in the carpet area in the room, blinds missing at the window., the quilt had stains all over it, sink in the bedroom with no taos, no TV in the room or tea and coffee facilities, noise all night from othere guests. This is not a hotel its a place where there are permanent residents and guests. The walls on the staircase was falling down with cracks and plaster missing and the shared toilet was disgusting. Do not I repeat do not book here unless you are homeless.

  : The price, the staff.Some might not like the walk up hill to it, but I didn't mind.
  : The window in my room was impossible to close, I had to get staff to close it, then I kept it closed the rest of my weeks stay, I would usually have it open during the day.The strip curtains in my room didn't cover the window, so had to change in the dark, or in the bathroom. Same in the large bathroom, I went in there to shower, but didn't as there's no privacy, you can see windows across the way when standing next to the shower. The bath didn't have a plug (I kept forgetting to ask if there was one available).The carpet felt awful under feet in my room, as if it had melted.There was no bedside light or power socket.On the sign on the back of my door, it said bottled water and snacks would be left everyday, this never happened, also I think the checkout time on it was wrong. Because of the price and staff, I would stay here again.

  : Good location for central Liverpool. Clean beds.
  : The facilities were just really run down. The lock on the first room didn't work and there was a handle missing from the door (meaning I nearly got locked in!). We told reception and the new room they put us into had a better lock, but it was still a bit old and rusty. We had a panic at 11pm when we struggled to get back in but luckily managed after 5/10 minutes of trying (out of hours). Toilets clean, but very run down bathrooms. Didn't bother taking a shower as we were only there one night. Blinds broken in the bedroom so sun pounding in the room at 5am. Also telephone numbers on the doorstep don't work.

  : Everything. It was no bigger than a 4x6 prison cell , no running water in the room building site behind the room woke us up early in the morning no tv. Would never stay again in fact I think it needs closing down total waste of £40
