  : The pictures on Booking.com are completely different to what we our suite was like. It was hard enough to find. It was dark damp mould due to condensation and cold.We had to go to the sister hotel first and pay for the stay and also put down a deposit which yes it does state but I didn't find it very clear. No parking and we got told we could park on the premises but we had 2 park down the side road.We never complain about properties that we stay in but we couldn't let this one go.

  : The property was very cleanly, cant fault that.It was in a good location for me, it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and airy.
  : It was SO cold. I couldnt find a way to work the radiator Id tried but it was just no use To be fair I should have just called and asked but it was late and I dont like troubling people

  : The fact I had to pay a 50 pound deposit and that was on the 17th and I'm still waiting for it. Also breakfast options and rooms where poor.

  : The lady at checkin was very pleasant. The staff were helpful when trying to sort out our problems. The room was clean. The kitchen facilities were good and crockery was basic. The heating was working well as it was a very cold night.
  : We checked in at the hotel but they only checked us into one fo the two rooms we had booked. When we arrived at the Suites we found we only have access to one of the rooms. After convincing them that we had booked two rooms they wanted us to come back to check into the other room. After a few phone calls we agreed to do this over the phone. When we got into the room there was no toilet paper, the kettle's top was broken and the shower didn't work. Eventually toilet paper was brought over. We had to use the shower in the other room we had booked.
