  : Excellent location, it's in Liverpool central, you can just walk to the main sights, less than 10 minutes walk to the Liverpool Lime station. The checkin process is easy, the room is clean and the staff is helpful.
  : Just one downsideit's VERY NOISY. There is one sports bar in the opposite of the inn, and it plays music all night long, maybe till 1-2am. Take it into consideration if you plan to return to the inn early and have some rest.

  : I booked a room for the past August 25th to August 27th. I advised two or three times that my arrival time was going to be after midnight as I had a late flight, which later on was delayed (which i also advised).I got to the hostel around 1.00 am and went to the desk to do my check in. There was one more guy waiting to do the same and another guy whose room was already fully occupied. After 15 minutes it was finally my turn; I was then informed that the system was down and the keys had not been prepared, nor they had any more wristbands to tag the bed. This made me feel that all my attempts to inform my arrival time were uncared for.The really nice night porter (Colombian guy, I can't really remember his name but really nice personality and work ethic) walked me up to my assigned room 404 and opened the door for me so that I could get access to my bed after a long day.Once in the room I start searching for an empty bed to rest but I come to find out, just as the guy before me in the check in, all beds were occupied. I go to reception once again where the receptionist was very rude and did not believe what I was telling him. He even sent the night porter to check if I was telling the truth. Once he realised, I was in fact telling the truth, he focused more on the mystery of "who was the person that was in the wrong room?" rather than getting me a different room so I could get some rest. It wasn't until the night porter told him 20 minutes later (now 1.50 am) to get me any empty room, as I had to come to reception in the morning anyways to collect a key and a wristband and could change rooms the following day, that I get the room 309 where I spent the night.The following day I come down to reception around 8.30 am and I am greeted by Matthew (kindest worker I encountered during my stay; he really made the difference).

  : Amazing location if you want to join the night life. Room clean, staff nice and polite
  : I loved the location but if you have light sleep it might be too noisy for you! Especially over the weekend!
