: Location of chalet on quite side of Livigno, which for family with kids might be a plus. Near by bus stop. We were there 2nd time and are exactly the same satisfied.
: Only two things I would change: please add soap in bathroom and dish soap with sponge in kitchen. Rest is perfectly fine.

: The apartments were as we expected. Beautiful view, cleanliness.
: Okay apartment, but NO SERVICE!We were a company of 12 people (friends), who arrived around 7pm, after 12 hours of driving from Hungary. The first word of the wife of the owner when she met us was not "hello" or "welcome", but: NO NO NO GUITAR in the apartment!!!After experiencing this most welcoming style, we unpacked our stuffs, and went down the 12 of us to one of the apartment to discuss and talk a little bit about how we're gonna spend our week. At 9:30, the owner appeared, and started shouting at us, that we are not allowed to gather and talk, and if we can't remain silent, we have to leave tomorrow, because "he likes sleeping".The next day we had a conversation, and he let us eventually to gather and talk until 22:30, so there was no issue afterwards. Although the last day when his wife (who could not speak a single word of English (literally!)) checked for the desposits at 5 am, we were struggling to put the snowchain on the tires in minus 20 degrees (!!!), because the owners did not put salt on the concrete, therefore it was impossible to drive up to the road from the parking of the apartments. But instead of helping, or asking what can she do, or at least sympathise with us, she stormed into the aparment and found a dirty glass in the kitchen, and started to complain that the kitchen is not clean enough... Of course all in Italien, so it was not even possible to be angry at her and tell her off if you don't speak Italien. I only recommend this apartment for 4 people family, and people who speak Italien. Definitely not suitable for friends of more than 4 people.
