  : The bed was comfortable. That was about it.
  : The surly guy at the check in was unpleasant and, as my puppy and I turned to find our room, he let me know, "WE CHARGE $20 for DOGS!!!" I was exhausted, frustrated, and just acknowledged him and went to find my bed....which was on the second floor, as far from the check in as was physically possible although I doubt the place was full up. There was garbage sitting outside rooms on the floor. The facility was undergoing renovations or was in the process of being demolished...it washard to tell. All I wanted was a decent night's sleep after a grueling couple of days. Thank goodness I was so tired and frustrated. I was too tired to care anymore. NOT a 'bargain'....

  : Building looks like it was falling apart and abandoned from the outside. I think it's being remodel but I'm not sure.

  : Elevator not working. At 8 am most of the breakfast was gone. No bread. Still had eggs though.

  : The room wasn’t clean and very old. The walls were extremely thin and could hear everything in the other rooms. . The shower didn’t work. It was either extremely hot or extremely cold. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned or fresh towels left. The hallways were never vacuumed. The pool wasn’t clean. Tried to play on the pool table and it wasn’t level, there were balls missing and we had to pay to use them. When we asked the front desk person for quarters back, we were told he didn’t have authorization to do that. There were cigarette burns in the furniture. The room smelt moldy and stale. After we stayed there a family member told us there were bed bugs and it was used as a homeless shelter. The outside had been turn apart and no one was working on it. There was installation and parts of the building just laying on the ground. The tv didn’t work. You had to have either a Netflix or Amazon prime subscription to watch it. The elevator was out of service and not working. We were suppose to be charged in Canadian dollars however it was a lot more than we had been informed of. The staff were not helpful.
