  : The Location was great. The staff of very helpful didnt have the breakfast as it didnt start till 815 and we were out going to work at 7 am but that was our fault not theirs. Would definitely recommend this place thanks Lee.

  : Came here for bank holiday weekend for 3 nights. Mellisa very welcoming breakfast basic but was ample. Parking very tight but free parking was great and location to everything was close by within walking distance.
  : .On our 3 night advise at breakfast that we had a leak in the bathroom room 2 and was offered to leave and find somewhere else and our money back for that night. We didn't think it was the best option as we wanted to stay and not have the hassle of finding somewhere else on a bank holiday, we were offered to use room 1 bathroom which we agreed was a better option. Looking at the reviews later this has been an on going problem but was made to feel it was our fault as next morning felt owner was a bit cool in her approach to us strange as we enjoyed our stay.

  : The hotel is immaculately clean and well maintained. The Twin Room comprises of two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. A small flat-screen TV and tea/coffee maker are provided in the room. The beach including the pier is less than 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the hotel. The breakfast was good but limited in quantity. The hotel is good enough for a short duration budget stay in the middle of the city centre close to the sea.
  : The rooms are small with no space for chair although a sofa chair is provided in one corner of the double room. The en-suite bathroom is very small with the sink outside in the room. No toiletries are provided in the bathroom - the owners expect guests to carry their own toiletries with them. The hotel does not have a restaurant yet guests are advised not to eat take-away food in the rooms.
