  : very old and fragile everything. Bed bugs all over the place. couldnt sleep peacefully. my 2 year old daughter, wife , pregnant friend all have bite marks all over the body.

  : The location was fabulous with wonderful views. Plenty big enough for the 10 of us for a weekend.
  : The privacy of the downstairs bedroom was questionable, having a curtain rather than a door, radiator wasnt working in here.Kitchen facilities were dated, oven door didnt close properly, toaster blew the fuse and microwave wasnt working. However plates, glassware and crockery was all of good standard. Plenty of room table space for eating around.Could have done with the heating being on a couple of days earlier before our arrival as walls had condensation when arrived but cleared by the end of the stay and as a result a number off bed were damp. Surprised its classed as a 4 star having stayed in other 4 star properties, however with lots of TLC and maintenance could see it being 4 or more!

  : Cozy and homely. Had all we needed for a comfortable two night stay for agroup of 9. Plenty of parking and outside space too.
  : Radiator needed bleeding in our bedroom but was warm enough.
