  : The location of Ty Morgans's was great and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
  : After a long day we had to go to the pub to check in - we weren't that late, it would have been great if reception was open. When we booked we asked for twin beds in the second room and it did look impressive in the pictures, however, when we arrived the room we were given has bunk beds - not great for a 12 and 17 year old! The beds themselves were extremely uncomfortable and the bedding had seen better days - there was mould and cobwebs on the windows and around the room and light bulbs were missing, plus one of the lamps wouldn't work. When we mentioned this in the morning, we were told that we had probably been given the wrong room! We weren't impressed!

  : There was an issue with my room. The staff were brilliant at listening and quickly resolving it by giving me an alternative room. They even helped me move my belongings.

  : bed could have been more comfortable, window rattled all night (not our bedroom window) I was feeling unwell, so this noise was I think more prominent for me as I couldn't sleep (maybe I am being overly picky!)
