: amazing, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were also very nice and great water park. Also very close to the centre so you had access to everything.
: The only downside is that you have to walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel but that is really their fault.

: The hotel (part of a group all close to each other) is located just off the Lloret strip and near the beach. Pool was good especially the slides complex at the sister hotel.
: The beds were metal framed and very noisy when rolling over etc. The rooms are a little tired. It is an 18-30s party hotel but I didn't experience too much noise.

: This hotel was in a excellent location - The staff in this hotel were always helpful and friendly - For the price we paid for the 3 nights we stayed at this hotel we could not fault anything. The hotel bedroom and bathroom were clean and housekeeping came in each day to make the beds and tidy up
: The bathrooms were very small and the air conditioning came on for a few minutes and went off throughout the night leaving the room always warm - I taught the air conditioning should have stayed on longer.

: This hotel is not a 3 star for sure, definitely 1 star the hotel is below average. Dirty room and quality wise very poor. The worse was racist and rude night shift receptionist.
