  : The location
  : Almost 90 to not have a private bathroom is crazy. The comunal bathroom was horrid. The button to flush the toilet was broken so people were leaving their piss and toilet paper. The bathroom sink was also flooded( wasnt draining) so I couldnt even wash my hands.

  : Very good location, clean and comfortable room.
  : The main door to the building has an electronic system to let guests in, where you receive a code on your phone and the door opens automatically. After trying several times it did not work for us, it was 11 pm and we had to call the staff to come and let us in as there was no staff at the apartment. Someone came quite quickly to be honest, however she was quite rude on the phone to us and when she came she said if we were not happy we could just go and we would get a refund (I guess thats not an option when its 11 pm and you have nowhere else to go).In addition, like many others customers in Booking.com, I was victim of a scam; I received a message in my booking.com app that appeared to be from the property asking me to enter my card details again to process the payment. When I called the property to let them know about the scam, they said they were already aware of the scam as other customers had called them to inform of the same. I wonder why I had not been notified as soon as they were informed to prevent me being a victim of the fraud.
