  : If you're looking for a friendly hotel with a friendly staff it is not!! This one. If, like us, you want to be treated in at friendly and kind way, this hotel should be avoided. We were coming here for few years (regular and loyal customers) because it's convenient for us next to our friends. We felt unwelcome for quite some time but this time we've decided we will not! return. I will give you an example: I lost my plastic key card and went to the reception and I asked for a replacemen. She said it's very bad. I said yes but it's not terrible she answered yes it's cost money and you have to be charged. I said what? ? She replied okay, I wouldn't charge you but it cost money. this is what I mean a very very unfriendly stuff. if you're looking for a friendly and welcoming Hotel avoid this one. We will not return. We left with a bitter feeling. We'll not return.

  : The hotel lays near to the motorway, the architecture is unique, the service was courteous and the breakfast buffet was diversified (without plant milk). The room was spotless and very clean. Despite a wedding ceremony everything was quiet.
  : It is important to know, that there are no elevators; because of that, the hotel is not convenient for people with mobility problems or heavy luggage.

  : They charged me twice, double payment. First payment done through booking, For the second they sent message that my booking is canceled if i don't confirm the card again, then i paid second time. In the end they have refused to return the amount paid double, saying that it's not their fault (even if mesaages /emails can proof this) . Scammers.
