  : The lodge isn't new, and the rooms could be freshened up. The table and chairs in our room need replacing. There is no cable, but they have TVs to watch movies in each room. There is wifi when you get there. But you are in the forest! It is meant to be rustic.

  : The toilet was dirty ....the windows were dirty and one had a one inch hole in it. The room was in a poor state of repair. There were chunks of wall missing in the bathroom .....the heater was rusty ...the main door had been repaired with filler and no attempt made to smooth it down or paint it. The wardrobe door didn't close....the breakfast choice was limited....no fresh fruit.

  : It wasnold and dirty. Also we.checked out early and wasntoldnthe money would be refunded for the remaining days. It's been 5 days and nothing refunded and nobody will contact us either.

  : I liked the receptionist. She really tried to make it work but I had the feeling she needed to confront the guests somewhat with the facts of the facility.
  : I made a lot of reservation at Booking.com, but..The receptionist Amanda welcomed with the words "Welcome, I am sorry but we have no hot water because a water line in the guest house broke". Well, I understand this can happen and the Amanda said that somebody is working on it but it did not allow me to use the the natural hot pools they have because I couldn't take a shower after.So I went to the room and I was shocked. The curtain was hanging only on some hooks. It was hard to move it so nobody could look inside. The drawer of the night stand was just hanging there & the entire tiny room was smelly and by all means NOT worth $161.12 I paid for the night (see pics). After a nine hour drive I was hungry and I asked for the Restaurant and the Amanda said "Oh, we don't have a Restaurant in house but you can go to the Restaurant / Bar right next to our place. They have good food and drinks. But we do have breakfast tomorrow morning for you." So, after my 9 hour drive, no shower, nor being able to enjoy the hot spring, I went to the restaurant / bar to get some food and a drink (the Nachos there were just great) and while I was there the Amanda showed up after 08:15pm and said they fixed the pipe - which was a kind of too late for me but I appreciated the information. Amanda was really anxious to help but for me it was too late. In addition I found out internet was only available at the lobby and no internet at all in the room (approximately 400' away in a different building). Also, even if they advertise there is a TV in the room, there is no TV channels. Guests can get DVD's at the reception and can watch movies but there is no way to watch news or update trips in the room if needed.Lastly, I used this Motel as one of my stops to go to Texas and I got up early to continue with my journey.
