  : The room was available for me.
  : Staff attitude, room security. While settling into my room, I tried to turn on the TV, but the remote didn't work. I called the front desk at approximately 11:30 p.m.. Jacob answered and said that they would have to deal with it in the morning when the manager came in. I said that having a tv was an essential part of the stay, and that I would ask for a refund if he didn't take care of it. So, he came to my room and tried to make it work, opining that the batteries were dead. Finally, while standing two feet from the tv, he said, in a snotty tone of voice "here, it works." Then he said that he hoped that I wouldn't have any more complaints and left. The next morning, I had to leave early, and the door wouldn't lock. I called the front desk to tell them. Jacob was back, and he argued with me about the lock not working. Someone entered my room while I was gone and stole vital medications and toiletries that were in a plastic bag. There was also an issue with homeless people wandering around on the property, including items "stashed" under a stairwell (have photos). Will run out of characters, but there is more.

  : No bathtubs not even in a hanfycap room which sucks cuz Im only there for the bubble baths after a long 7 days a week from work

  : Room had a bad smell, bed was not comfortable, pillows were flat, bedding was horrible, shower had no pressure

  : The only thing that I like about this stay was the rate.
  : The room was not clean, the walls in the room and bathroom, were dirty, the baseboards in the bathroom were rotting with mold. The bed was not comfortable at all. The shower flooded the bathroom, couldn't take a shower in the first room.
