Traveller Type: solo traveller
  : Super convenient location within easy walking distance from Kings Cross/St Pancras (exactly what I had planned as I needed the Eurostar). Location also close to shops, groceries and casual eating options. The hotel is spread over different buildings - my room was in a set of buildings on the opposite side of the street to reception. I had booked a single room; mine was on the 3rd floor so 4 flights of stairs without a lift (luckily I had backpacks but this could be awkward for other travellers with large luggage). Single room was compact as expected but had all items I required plus extra - windows that opened with city view, free wifi, climate control. Small desk with kettle. The bathroom was small but the shower had excellent water pressure. Room was a bit dated with decor (carpet, paint) but otherwise the essentials were fine. I was only staying overnight with a morning Eurostar departure, and this room easily met my needs. Note that you can buy some drinks and snacks at reception if needed, and 24hr reception is handy.
  : Nothing that I didn't know about - I knew it would be a small room, but just be prepared to walk up stairs with luggage (at least there was no lift in the building my room was in).

  : Really close to Kings Cross.
  : Room was small and basic but had everything required. Was a bit noisy with trains and people until about midnight. Was a bit hot so window left open on second night allowing more noise in.

  : Great location if using the major train stations. Price seems decent for London. Basically fine for a night or two.
  : The room was very small for two people (lived in Japan and from UK so used to this, but was especially small). Shared bathroom was clean, but still always nice to have your own WC.

  : did like it that it was in a good location, close to train stations
  : that the rooms were very very small, no air conditioner. only a small little fan that didn’t do anything to cool the room down. tv wasn’t working. the double bed was more of a single bed, my partner and i didn’t have a the best of sleep as we were crunched in this small bed

  : Rooms aren’t huge - but adequate is you are sightseeing in London
