  : Good location, close to Victoria station.
  : Very much feels like a budget hotel. Overall rundown and tatty. The room I stayed in specifically had a rotten window frame that prevented the window from closing at all, road below can be noisy as well. The floor, laminate, was badly affected by moisture and had lifted and word in places. Bathroom door didn't close. No reception on the television at all. No air conditioning.

  : It’s disgusting, bathroom was in a cupboard and minging. Bed was old and falling apart. Walls are paper thin so struggle to sleep as can hear everything the neighbours are doing

  : Fantastic location right next to Victoria, so onwards travel is not a fuss. The hotel will even look after your bags if you ask. On that note, be warned that there are no lifts and many of the cheaper rooms are on the top floor, so if you have heavy bags or mobility issues, you’ll be in dire straits.
  : I was honestly shocked to see that there is just one toilet and shower for all the rooms. This means you’re often having to wait in the morning to get washed or prepare yourself for a day in London. This one bathroom is not given adequate cleaning or maintenance, so you may find that there’s no toilet roll left by midday. I also found it rather disappointing that the hotel dumps its used beds and mattresses right in the garden for everyone to see…

  : The wifi never worked, at least not in our basement room - and wifi is quite important at a hotel. They restarted the router a couple of times, but I had a feeling that the knew it wouldn’t change anything.

  : Fantastic location close to 2 tube stations and walking distance to Buckingham palace. A block away from a supermarket and many coffee shops and restaurants. Good price for the location. Has a little kitchenette with fridge (although small), kettle, tea, coffee. Our room was serviced when we wanted it (daily if needed) to a good standard. Reception was open for late check-in and was happy to give us more toilet paper when we ran out.
  : Very budget, but you get what you pay for, and if you stay knowing what to expect, you won't be too disappointed. It would be good if there was a slightly larger fridge as we couldn't stand a bottle of milk up straight. Five paper cups only were supplied and not replenished during our 7 night stay. Would be good to have some real mugs, bowls, and a small amount of cutlery if a kitchenette is provided. We were in a 5-person room but only replenished 4 towels each day, and there's no floor towel making it incredibly slippery. The shower is small and the water pressure is low but we managed. The windows only opened a crack for safety reasons, so it was incredibly stuffy, and the room is very small, but there is a fan. We could hear people talking in the corridor as the walls are thin, but that's more an issue for noisy tourists. However, if you go with eyes wide open to all of these things like we did, you won't be surprised and you will enjoy your stay.

  : The location in a beautiful part of Belgravia, the very short,distance to coach and tube stations, the quiet location and very safe area.
  : Wasn’t keen on our room hanging space two coat hangers beside the bed that you couldn’t get to without stepping on the bed god know,who,thought of that idea lol

  : It was hard to reach my bed, because of the other beds blocking the way, shower was leaking. Only one towel per peson.
