  : Close to the train station and easy access to all trains running into popular tourist areas of London. In a decently quiet neighbourhood. Lots of amenities near by and a walkable neighbourhood. The use of a kitchenette was perfect for London as we didnt want to eat out all the time. Same with the use of a washer/dryer.
  : If youre looking for a budget place to stay thats close to the center of it all but not in the busy hustle then youll find this place to be perfect. If youre looking for comfort and luxury this wont be it. If youve stayed in a private bedroom in a hostel youll find this to be similar in many ways. Didnt love the small bathroom/shower. It was quite cramped. There was a tea towel and scrub brush but could have used a dish towel to clean the counters and table when used.

  : Nothing. We were robbed whilst staying at the property, if I could rate it 0 I would.
  : Came home from a day out exploring London to see the police at the door and every single persons apartment that was staying there had been broken into and many items stolen. We personally had over 1,000 worth of jewellery taken. Somehow the common area/hallway door had been gained access to prompting the apartment doors to be broken into. I contacted the owner about insurance on replacing our items and were told they do not have a policy in place to cover this. We were told we need to claim on travel insurance (which you wouldnt think to purchase when travelling your own country) or home insurance where I would have to claim on my parents home insurance, incurring an excess. Utterly appalled at the complete disregard for our stolen items, many of which were sentimental and makes you question how someone was able to gain access to the common area of the property, conveniently whilst ever single person was out

  : Great location, very clean and spacious. Had everything I needed - great to have a washer dryer
  : Nothing! I just could not locate washing machine liquid, but no big issue.

  : The bathroom is a level below the room with narrow stairs. Not the best stairs to negotiate especially during the night.
