Centrally located spacious flat with amazing views

  : The flat was modern and sleek. The price-quality value relation exceeded our expectations. Host was fast in his responses and the flat is located near major interesting points such as tube station and supermarkets, stores, etc. The view was superb. The kitchen was fully equipped.
  : The flat was a somewhat dirty behind the sofas and under the beds. The shower was broken and the towel dryer in the bathroom didn't seem to work. Despite this, the stay was worth it.

  : Very good value for a flat of this size. Location next to tube is a major plus. Nearby market was also a plus - access to clothing & foods at low prices.
  : A few things didn't work or were missing, e.g. the pole to hold up the shower. Main grouse is that there's no buzzer or call button for main door so had to keep going down (from 13th floor) to collect deliveries. Ended up missing some deliveries because of this.

  : The apartment is spacious and has all necessities. The location is very convenient.and the view is good.
  : The staff was very responsive before we arrived but communication at the time of arrival was very frustrating and disapointing. We arrived an hour late from the agreed time and no one was waiting for us, although I sent them a message we'll be late. We had to wait on the street for 2 hours and call about 10 times to have someone finally meet us and check us in.Then one morning someone came in. It turned out it was the cleaning lady who was told by the office the apartment is being checked-out and should be cleaned. We were not checking out yet and it turned out she was told the wrong apartment number.The apartment as a whole is getting shabby and needs a deep cleaning and refreshment.

  : We waited an hour outside for the property manager to come. Unfortunately, he didn't show up. We called - first we were informed that it was on its way (although it was a lie), then by calling the next number provided when booking the facility, the lady finally took care of the case. Unfortunately, no one knew what was going on and after an hour the lady asked the person cleaning the apartments to give us the keys. it was a very unpleasant situation. we waited in the cold court, lied about arrival, the facility manages ... they send information that for each delay after collecting the keys there will be a penalty of 10 F, and they do not keep punctuality.

  : Close to DLR, overground and bus stops. Good underground connections with areas such as London Bridge or Shoreditch, good security on the building, close to supermarkets.
  : The trains were really noisy specially in one of the rooms during almost the whole night. The mirror on the bathroom was broken, the walls werent really clean (the flat needs a deep cleaning tbf) and the communication with the owners was quite complicated at some stages (we had to pay a deposit which was impossible to do through a link they sent us and we asked several times for them to amend it but they just stopped replying). Also, one of the beds have like a bump which makes it so uncomfortable. To sum up: needs to be cleaned + noisy.
