  : 1st-Great Location!. Situated within Central London. walking distance to underground station and there is a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel. 2nd- friendly staff, staff was accomodating.
  : The Facilities. I'm not sure if this applies to other room but the room that we got was a bit disappointing and we feel we didnt have out money's worth. When we checked in to our room, main lights wasn't working. Staff told us that the lights doesn't normally work on that room.Luckly, the lamp was able to work. another thing is, We checked in during the summer so expected to be hot, The room's AC wasn't working. We only got a fan inside which didnt do much. and if we try to open the window, we can the noice from the tube passing by. It was disappointing. hope the management can look into this one.P.S- The reception is much colder than our room

  : Was really close to the tube station and within walking distance of a lot of eating establishments. My husband stayed here both on his way to and from Wales. Will be booking this hotel again for future trips across the pond.
  : A bigger room would have been nice, but it served its purpose as an affordable place to stay in London.

  : Location was fantastic for sightseeing by foot and by the underground.Room was functional.
  : Bed had wooden bits attached to what looked like a divan base without a draw. Made the bed ridiculously high.Water was constantly running from bath tap which we reported to reception. We got back later on from our day out, still running water. They said they didn't have the parts to repair/stop it. So much for saving resources, the tap was still running when we left, 3 days we stayed. Are there no plumbers or hardware stores in London?

  : It doesn't deserve ANY STARS, actually! This place is a dump! We spent a week feeling sick because it was so hot. It was 31 degrees outside, and inside the room, it felt like 60 degrees. The air conditioning can't be adjusted in the room, and when we asked at reception to adjust it, they said they would turn it on, but it didn't work. We then asked to change rooms, and they said there were none available! In other words, suffer from the heat! The bathroom is very poorly designed, with a (TRANSPARENT) door facing the bed, providing no privacy for using the bathroom. Not to mention that the shower isn't fixed to the wall, so you have to hold the showerhead with one hand while bathing. The outlets do not have adapters for foreigners. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, DEFINITELY TERRIBLE QUALITY!
