  : The carpet was dirty and 1st room was very small and air-conditioning was broken. Second room was bigger and air-conditioning worked..still there was an odor.

  : The location was great. It's near Hyde Park, restaurants, bars & embassy housing. It was very convenient. The bed was comfortable altho challenging to get into on one side. The breakfast staff was wonderful as was the young lady at the front desk.
  : London hotels are incredibly expensive. We chose this one based on price & location. I believe our expectations were realistic. However, the size of the room was far below expectations. The bed was wedged between 2 walls. One side had a small night table & you could walk beside the bed (sideways) to get in. The other side was completely against the wall & had to be approached from the bottom side of the bed. The bathroom was very tiny. I am not a big person but found the space challenging. The sink was too small to put a glass upright under the faucet.The room faced the afternoon sun coming in the one small window & got very warm. There was an air conditioner provided. However, the hose was badly broken & hanging out the window unattached to the AC. No part of the unit was installed. I was able to reattach the hose & get it out the window, install the surrounding plate - hopefully keeping critters out. It did the job to make the room cool enough to be tolerable.
