  : The neighbourhood was really beautiful, we had great transportation to the centre, a few cute places in the area for the morning coffee and a short walk to the bus/undergound/overground stations. The apartment is beautiful, with nice natural lighting, every possible appliances you may need and very comfy beds. The host is really nice and available to answer any questions you may have.
  : The only small problem was that the towels probably didn't have enough time to dry so they smelled a bit odd, but the rest was really clean.

  : Nothing but the most minor thing that some of the China and glasses in the cupboard were not clean and part of the coffee machine was missing and the machine was left dirty,no coffee pods .

  : The place is situated in absolutely lovely area, the street is very quiet. Nearby there is the main street with numerous cafés, restaurants and local shops. The underground, overground and other rail services are only five minutes walking. The apartment was clean, well equipped. In our view, this is great value for money.

  : The location was very good.
  : There was no parking space.

  : Beds were comfortable, the location was excellent, very easy to get into London and the area had lots of restaurants.
  : There was a smell coming from the drain and no ventilation in the en suite. Some minor maitianence could be done and we couldn't find any plugs for the sinks.

  : Fantastic location. Self check in. Offer of a bag drop at midday. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, when we only expected one bathroom. Well equiped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Quiet neighbours. Easy walk to tube, overground and shops and bars. We really loved West Hampstead. It had a homely villagey feel.
  : Some cups, one glass and a couple of pans were unclean, but that would be due to previous guests and not the fault of the letting agency. There was a dishwasher, so easily resolved. Pillows a bit uncomfortable and only one per person. More needed! Second bedroom had a cot in it, so access to the bed was from one side. But would definitely stay again, as only minor faults.
