  : Location was fantastic, easy to get to any part of the city. Bed was large and pretty comfortable. Sheets and towels were fresh and clean.
  : The bathroom. There were plumbing issues- when you flushed toilet or turned on bathroom sink, water came out of the shower head. Toilet seat wasnt properly secured. Shower was a bit mildewed.

  : The apartment was very large and had everything you need. Restaurants, bars, disco clubs, bus stop and the tube were all near by.
  : The water in the shower was very, very hot. It was almost impossible to take a shower.

  : Location, cleaning staff and the size of the apartment were good.
  : When trying to check-in, collect the keys from a random newsagents collection point, I was informed the lock was broken and I couldn't check-in for a number of hours. I was offered an alternative place 60 mins away by public transport, but would have to move the next day back to the original location. Of course being that far away from my original reservation place wasn't an option due to being in London for work and needing to be near the original reservation location.There was terrible miscommunication with the property customer service, spent 3 hours in rain locked out on the phone trying to get keys and access. After they advised me to go to the apartment twice as someone was there to give me access. Calling the buzzer, no answer. Then waiting on hold with the Sales helpline for hours. It was a pain in the a$$ Eventually found a number online for the operations team and they helped get me entrance by contacting the cleaner who was inside.Once inside there was no clean towels or sheets or toilet paper, toiletries etc.The amazing cleaning lady found some stashed away that had been stored for the owners personal use and were smelling very musty. I had no choice but to use them.I was informed my delivery of sheets etc wouldn't be to the following day. Midday following day as I was about to leave for a meeting, the sheets delivery company called me and told me I needed to meet him at the property and must wait to receive them (not sure who gave him my number..GDPR?)Anyway, the new Yale lock then broke a day later on a Friday evening, so I was locked inside! Rang the property management company and booking.com, between no answers for 3 hours holding and useless answer's from booking.com (who recommended I call the police incase of a fire but wait til Monday when when the booking agents help centre reopened to get a solution..

  : The place is BEUATIFUL. -I loved the little welcome box that was waiting for me as I arrived. -I LOVE the big windows in the living room -The amount of space and the way it is organized and set up. -I greatly appreciated the water and other supplies provided. -I loved the bed as well, and the pillow count. -The heated floors in the bathroom were a GREAT comfort, especially with the cold weather. -The smell of baked bread (from the Subway underneath) was so cozy. -The GuestReady office was very responsive and helpful when I had an issue with the door.
  : -The price/night, and the amount for the security deposit and that you have to pay up front. I suppose I didn't understand that if you have my card on file, why you couldn't just wait to charge that amount until after you knew if it was necessary or not. -It was very cold in the apartment when I arrived, and because of it's large open space, didn't really get warm until my second day there. It would have been nice if the person who let me in could have arrived earlier to start the heat. -Also, they were new to the space, and we arrived at the same time. So there was a little bit of waiting around while he figured things out, including how the keys opened the door. -One of the blinds was broken when I arrived, and I saw from the maintenance report that it's been that way for a while. -There was a strange smell coming from the supply closet. You may want to have it cleaned out, and make sure there isn't a dead mouse or anything in there. -The toilet seat doesn't quite fit the basin, and is a bit loose. -The top lock kept catching and eventually locked me inside. I was stuck in the apartment for half a day as things got sorted, and a locksmith arrived. -A heads up about the music and partying on weekend nights would have been great. Seeing as how the welcome box came with earplugs, I'm guessing this is a well known occurrence. However, I didn't see anything in the accom description about the proximity to said music and noise, or that it would be going until 3 or 4 in the morning.
