  : There were no lockers provided to store belongings, I kept my stuff under my bed and in the middle of the room. The kitchen is too small for the property, it was crowded and the kettle was broken. There were no power outlets near the beds, had to use extensions. Had to have a cold shower once because there was no hot water. Room door locks need replacing.

  : The older woman in the cafe is unbelievably rude and doesnt understand English. Im English born and raised and any question I asked her was met with a rude and loud What?!!! There are rats running around in the cafe area and the older woman is unconcerned by them. The younger Moroccan lady is nice and helpful but the older lady needs training in how to deal with people. The kitchen area is beyond disgusting and hasnt been cleaned in years. People steal your food your cutlery and someone stole my bowl. I left it to soak for 1 hour and when I went back it had been stolen. It attracts a certain type of guest and the mixed dorms are horrid. The people there dont shower and when you awaken in the morning the smell and stench is vile and sickening. Staying at that hostel must be what prison is like. In fact Id guess prison is not as filthy and as disgusting as that hostel. Id rather stay on the streets than spend another night in that hostel.
