  : The property is conveniently located for underground and bus transport, the electrical appliances we used worked and there was plenty hot water. It is also conveniently located for retail outlets.
  : On our arrival the property was not clean, work surfaces, tables, sinks etc. showed signs of previous use; carpeted floors had not been vacuumed and hard floors were not swept or washed. The cutlery and crockery was greasy and there would have been insufficient if there had been more than the two of us. There were no oven trays although the larger oven was totally unusable due to the large quantity of baked-on food.The bathroom also hadnt been cleaned recently, the toilet seat was broken as was the towel rail which fell off the wall. The bath tap/shower attachment doesnt work; hot water comes out where it is connected to the hose not at the shower head whilst cold water continues to flow out the tap; the plug doesnt seal to keep the water in either.The mattresses and bedding were beyond their use and soiled; the mattress edges and springs had completely collapsed making it difficult to get comfortable; the sag in the middle of the bed meant we rolled into it and the springs were incredibly noisy when anyone moved.The front bedroom gets a lot of road noise but it would have been impossible to sleep in the rear bedroom as the radiator could not be turned off and the temperature was unbearable. The bed etc. was in a similar state.It was also impossible to open the blinds in the lounge as the mechanism was broken, as was the webbing in the sofas.The key in the back door didnt turn so there was no access to the overgrown and neglected rear garden.

  : Perfect communication before we arrived. Nice and quick handing over of the keys.
  : There is a water damage in the ceiling of the living room. There are several stains on the carpets. Towel rail and toiletry are loose. Smoke detector had almost empty batteries. We had to turn it off to prevent it beeping all night every minute. We had no soap, shampoo and hairdryer which was all mentioned in the appartment description. Back door was not locked when we arrived. Some windows can not be opened. Locking the front door is pretty hard.

  : Near subway. Lots of shops and food options nearby. Good central heating. Good price for London. Free street side parking on weekends. Clean towels.
  : Dirty floors. No hot water in the bathroom. Over grown garden. Soiled nappies in the garden. Bags of rubbish in the garden. Toilet doesn't flush properly. They sprung a 400 quid deposit on us at the door with no prior warning or message on the website.

  : The location to the tube was great only 5 min walk. The property was clean and tidy inside. Fresh bedding and towels supplied. Very large inside and comfortable.
  : The property inside was clean. The linen was all clean however the outside of the property was terrible. Garbage everywhere, the bins were over flowing with garbage. The gardens are all overgrown. We had to cut back the weeds on the path into the house they were so long. If I had seen the front in a photo I would never had stayed.
