  : Generally the hotel is quite nice and comfortable with a good breakfast. The location makes for an easy commute into London.
  : In our room the MOLD SMELL was absolutely overwhelming and hit you in the face as soon as you entered the room. There is no visible mold in the bathroom which leads me to believe it is in the walls. Very much a health concern and should be seriously looked at as soon as possible. A shame because the hotel was quite nice otherwise.

  : Location excellent for the train station, Greenwich a short walk & O2 only a short bus ride.
  : We arrived early so we couldn't check in but they did store our luggage. Said the doors would be closed if we got back late but they would be someone on reception so we could bang on the door & get there attention to let us in. A little concerning as we thought we might night be able to get in. As it was we were back in time to get in the revolving door which was still open.

  : I recently stayed at the Novotel hotel (173 - 185 Greenwich High Rd, Greenwich, London, SE10 8JA, United Kingdom) and, regrettably, it was a disappointing experience. I had stayed there from 2024, May 25 to May 30.On the day of checkout May 30, morning 7 AM, the front desk personnel seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making baggage storage a frustrating process. And they denied to provide the Manager's contact number when asked. I was met with curt responses and dismissive attitudes. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them.The state of the hotel room only added to my dissatisfaction. The room was not clean; there were lots of visible stains on the carpet, the TV wasn't working and no response after informing to service desk. There was no improvement, and my concerns were largely ignored.Overall, my stay at Novotel was marred by unprofessional staff (one of the staff on May 30 morning 7am) and subpar cleanliness. For a hotel that positions itself as a reputable and comfortable option, it failed to meet basic standards of hospitality and hygiene.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay. There are many better options available that truly value their guests' comfort and satisfaction.
