  : Free bottles of water in the room.
  : There was a lot we didn't like: 1) With a baby and pushchair, we were given an underground room where the lift didn't go. 2) The confusion regarding the check-in (online check-in is a must but that's not said in the messages). 3) Even if we paid before the stay, the amount of 200 was blocked during our stay. 4) The equipment was shabby, the wash basin was getting stuck, there was a dead wasp in the kitchen.

  : Liked the closeness to Paddington Station and lots of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and had everything you needed. We loved the convenience of being able to cook on occasion. The room had a beautiful high ceiling. Water and biscuits were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and fresh towels provided after two days. We didn't spend much of our time in the room.
  : People sat on street doorways and park smoking weed, which was noticeably strong. Also, uncollected bin bags left without bins meant the street area was untidy. Virtual entry meant we didn't see any owners or staff. There were times the virtual key failed first attempt, and you could only install it on one phone, so you had to make sure the phone had battery. There was kitchen equipment, but pots sizing didn't reflect the number of people in the room. I would have liked saucepans that were big enough for 3 or 4 people. We had a pan for one and a very large pot. There was no draining board, and the sink was in a difficult place to access, but it was great to have a sink. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work, and the main room lacked plug sockets that we could find.

  : Great location, really comfortable mattress on the bed, easy check-in and out procedures. Shower worked well, easy to use, lovely and warm. Very quiet location too.
  : Would have given it full marks but a couple of things didnt work - USB sockets (though there were others there that did) and hair drier. Bin hadnt been emptied but someone came straight away once notified and was friendly.

  : It was a great location and it was clean with plenty of space
  : It was too easy to hear people coming and going from the other apartments as there was little sound proofing.
