  : Our room had no natural light as we looked out on an internal area which made our room dark and a bit depressing that we didn’t want to be in there too long.

  : Stayed at this hotel twice while on holiday from New Zealand while between Europe tours, both stays were for 3 nights.My husband was sick with food poisoning for 3 days on our first stay from chicken soup from room service, although hotel management were going to investigate they never got back to us, unfortunately both stays were non refundable otherwise we would not have returned. We booked 2 x massages for our last afternoon before our long haul flight, paid and completed all required documents 2 months prior. My husband was declined his massage with no notice due to an unwritten 5 year policy the Spa has regarding clients who have undergone cancer treatment within the last 6 months.this was very disappointing as he had finished his treatment longer than 6 months ago, we planned our last day in London around these treatments and could have spent our time doing many other things considering our first 3 days my husband was unable to see anything of London due to food poisoning. We paid an extra £100 for a late check-out on our last day because of our massage bookings, which we wouldn't have had the Spa's unwritten 5 year policy was known. We were refunded eventually for his massage. My massage was average at best. If I had known his massage was cancelled I would definitely not had gone ahead with mine, however I was not told at all .I spoke with Roham at guest relations after the spa appointments, he agreed the Spa's unwritten policy should be public on their website, and in the documents we returned 2 months prior (which we disclosed his cancer)Roham offered to refund us for our paid late check-out. We are still waiting for this 32 days later, although in an email we were advised it would be 14 business days. We have had no response from the hotel despite 2 emails and a phone call. The hotel is nice, the rooms are nice , but the customer service is very disappointing to say the least.

  : Large room with bath and separate shower .
  : Check in takes far too long and nobody taking control of lots of people wanting to check in at the same time . Nobody called us as promised when our room was ready so when we came back we had to go through a further 10 mins of finding that we’d already checked in ! No bathroom essentials - glasses , face cloths, cotton wool etc . No plugs near bed or in the sofa bed area .
