  : Do Not Stay Here!!!! We arrived (had to wait around for a message telling us how to access the building - website says someone will meet you at the location - Not True!) Once we got in, we opened the balcony door to let in some fresh air and when we tried to close it, it wouldn't shut. We messaged, emailed and called all for nothing. Spoke to 3 different people who each said they would call back and none of them did. The last Sean, was incredibly rude and insisted that the issue had to go through booking.com even though he was the customer service rep for the apartment!!!!No-one came to fix the door so we had to stay somewhere else. Now they're trying to blame us for breaking the door when there are reviews dating back several years complaining of the broken balcony door!!!!!

  : My stay at Stay Inn Appartments Canary Wharf was a complete disaster. I encountered a mouse/rat infestation in the flat, and the property managers showed zero concern. Instead of taking immediate action, they mocked me and brushed off the issue, calling me irrational, that "it's just an animal". Their proposed solution of moving to another equally problematic flat next door was unacceptable. The property managers made no genuine effort to locate the mouse or address the problem. Their rude and unhelpful behavior only added to the appalling experience. I strongly advise against choosing Stay Inn Appartments Canary Wharf due to their negligent attitude and lack of professionalism.   : bath was not working as plug was unable to fit into bath, door to balcony was already broken upon entering the apartment these things was not mentioned to us when booking the apartment.

  : Very awkward set up for booking in. Was not easy to navigate, I needed some help so I had to speak to a very unhelpful person on the phone line who was very patronizing and rude! Stay was below average.

  : Avoid this place at all costttttt!!!! and i will also be posting reviews everywhere. i have contacted the customer service and i spoke Shawn and Lena who hanged up. They were meant to refund me my money and they still went ahead to proceed with taking the money. Do not visit this place
