  : We chose the location near Hyde park and it works very good. Gloucester Road station is a minute away. The staff is friendly!
  : The hotel is very old. Really uncomfortalble beds, old very used bathroom. No power outlets near the beds. The buffet breakfast is moderate.

  : Really friendly staff, very clean. Close to tube station. East walk to Kensington and Hyde Park. Everything was what we needed for a one night stay.
  : Lots of stairs! Our twin room was very small, room 302 (big bathroom) with the beds facing each other rather than side by side! Everything was what we needed for a one night stay. We had breakfast included but the booking didn’t state buffet so there was a confusion after we’d ordered scrambled eggs about paying extra but the staff were very kind and generous and didn’t make us pay. Thank you ☺️

  : Excellent location with tube across the road and shops, cafes, pubs, bus stops ,etc everything on the doorstep! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.
  : Breakfast included should have at least boiled eggs. Can order full English and other things for extra money but having boiled eggs within the price would go a long way.No full length mirror in the room!! This is a must in any hotel room. At one point I had to go down 2 flights of stairs just to look at the full length mirror on the stairs. This is something simple to fix.At night if someone uses the bathroom, when the bathroom light is turned on the window at the top of the door isn't shaded, so the whole room lights up. Not good at all if you are trying to sleep.The main door had a gap at the bottom, so lights in the corridor outside constantly shines in to the room. This is another easy fix.Need plug points at bedside

  : Bathroom very compact with very little space to move. Air conditioning not very effective. Appears from what we were told that cooked breakfast was not included in price of stay not that that truly mattered. Lift not working.

  : Warm welcoming atmosphere. Polite and accommodating staff with high efficacy. The room was cosy and the beds was very comfortable. The AC was very appreciated since we had some really warm weather. The bathroom had everything that we needed but felt a bit small and had no window.
  : It was a hotel with a lot of stairs and staircases that created a some what confined impression. Also a bit hard to know your way around and finding your room because of this. We had some really warm weather for the season and found it a bit too warm in the common areas, but the AC in our room was very sufficient.
