  : Great location for the O2 arena in a nice easy walking distance perfect if at an event and nice friendly staff. Good facilities and air con an added bonus.
  : Cleanliness wasnt the greatest - dirty room such as walls with stains on them, pillows extremely flat. Kitchen fan outside bedroom 7 was extremely noisy all night.

  : Electrics in room were ancient, too many lights on and they would start flickering.No main light and a broken blind ment the room was incredibly dark even during the day. Posable spot hanging out of wall (no wall plugs in plaster).

  : Lovely designed bespoke rooms and decor throughout the Pilot innVery good location, short walk to the o2 as we booked due to attending a concertFree parking until 11pm on the day of departure despite check out at 11amBeautifully cooked breakfast included in stay, many options to chose from.All staff very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.Lovely view of the o2 from window
  : Our bedroom (1) located at the top of the stairs, could hear visitors passing to their bedrooms most of the time, and doors slamming behind them. Bedroom design had no main light, did not effect stay, as sufficient light from bathroom.Our ensuite sink took ages to empty, upon looking, plug was blocked with hair. Although breakfast included, set items to order, had to pay extra for a hot chocolate.
