  : The staff when booking into the Hotel were excellent and showed us to our room and went through where everything was. We also received two glasses of Prosecco on arrival which was a nice touch.

  : The hotel is in a really good location. I booked it for my parents, aunt and uncle while they were visiting me in London. The location was brilliant and the rooms clean.
  : Unfortunately, my parents, aunt and uncle were left waiting over an hour for their breakfast for it then to be served to them cold. My aunts bank card was over charged twice after departing despite no damage to the room and everything being left exactly as it was found. This was very upsetting for her as she is in her late 60’s and struggles to trust giving her bank details to anyone let alone an apparent reputable hotel. My father was also charged over €60 extra for paying in euros and not pounds, he was not advised this would be the case when he asked if it made a difference which currency he paid in. I really wanted them to enjoy a 5 star experience but unfortunately this is not at all what they received. Make sure to check all transactions, receipts and interactions with staff before paying. Really disappointing. The staff were not helpful when we expressed out concerns to them and told us they would need to ring the hotel to speak to a manager. Not good enough when you are paying £250 a night.

  : Lighting In bedroom way too dark ! Shower door dudnt close , hair dryer socket not near mirror or lighting to do hair properly ‘ shower regulationHeat/cold ,it was either scalding n no power or cold and good power ! Having explained to receptionist very clearly we were attending function on the river Thames at old billingsgste ,she booked taxi for trafalgar street, even the taxi driver was questioning it ,and so I said he was going wrong way he concurred n eventually we got there but were late fir the wedding n the cost was doubled ! ‘N for five star hotel not good enough ! It’s 21 st century n if you want those prices then give 5 star service ! An a to z helps but not to know the old billingsgate market on the Thames is a real faux pas!! You work in the tourist business then know your stuff !
