  : The only good thing was the location in the center.
  : The pictures don’t correspond the reality. The room was too small, with a view to the wall. The carpet seemed dirty. The hotel didn’t provide the breakfast, even we paid for it. When we asked again, we received a breakfast voucher to another hotel. The corridors seemed dirty. We were disappointed.

  : Great location, comfortable rooms and very helpful staff!
  : The set up in the bathroom was small, no vanity really to put your stuff. Awkward as no plug in bathroom for hair dryer or hair tools.

  : We booked the incorrect date for our stay - entirely our own fault and understood an increase in the room charge based on our date change but then charged £50 admin fee on top of the charge room increase making it double the price originally paid! Charged for a suite but it was nothing more than a room, no additional space. Had said that we didn’t need a suite (we booked this originally as it was the same price as any other room but then charged extra for it when we moved our date). I’ve stayed in larger double rooms elsewhere and been charged a lot less. Quite noisy due to its location. Asked for a change of room but told nothing else was available. Was given earplugs as an alternative. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Staff were polite but didn’t help to improve our stay. Wouldn’t recommend for the price of the hotel. You can stay in nicer places in central London for a lot less and have a nicer room.
