  : The deposit was ridiculous. Room was $120 a night, the deposit was $172.5! Been waiting a week for the deposit to be refunded, and the hotels front desk agent said my deposit can take 4 - 14 to be refunded. They took my deposit so quickly but it takes days and days to get it refunded. Sick of hotels adding egregious deposits to rooms. Especially when it’s only for a one night stay. I’m pretty sure there’s not a sudden epidemic of people trashing hotel rooms. Tipping culture and deposit culture are making me want to

  : Everything was great! Sam and Rick were very helpful when I had an issue with the TV in the room. And everyone at the hotel was so helpful and kind with any minor inconveniences. Truly a wonderful stay, lovely staff, great location and the breakfast at the revive lounge is pretty good too. Overall would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Long Beach
  : The only thing I would say is if you mind having no AC then that would be an issue as my room for example had a little fan. Their whole AC system is under renovations though so they said it should be fixed soon. They also had shampoo & conditioner, body lotion but no shower gel/body wash. Some minor TV issues that were promptly fixed. There is no elevator just stairs be mindful of that for accessibility and luggage.

  : The AC was broken, the parking was several blocks away, the restroom was small, limited towels and toiletries, the staff was ok.

  : The staff was very friendly
  : I had to pay for parking twice. The hotel charges you to use a parking structure attached to a different hotel, $20 per day. You can't enter the parking garage with the card they give you, you can only enter after taking a ticket from the parking garage kiosk. I paid $40 to the hotel and $68 to the parking garage.They also don't have AC so it was very hot and uncomfortable. It's too hot in summer to go without air conditioning.

  : No elevator access (needed to use stairs each time to get to the room and I have a bad back), very hot hotel (room felt like a steam room even with the fans on), and outdated amenities/appliances.
