  : It's our second time staying here and it was overall cozy. My girlfriend and I enjoy the location of the hotel. The experience is always fun. The Room Service for ordering Food to pick up was very friendly and through. The food was very delicious and great quality. Recommended.
  : It didn't compare to our initial stay we had in May, room 412. I understand it was July 4th a holiday but, the staff seemed overworked let alone understaffed when checking in. We weren't offered or given free bottles of water this time especially when it was humid and hot that day. One elevator was not operating which made it a little difficult for all guests to get around. The room 503 we stayed in this time is located on the front corner of the hotel it was a little smaller and a little noisier with pipe clanking from the roof. No noises from the train which is a plus for having noise canceling windows. Another plus was the room had an extra chair. When we would flush our toilet once, it would flush 5 extra times after, I don't know why, from the interior of it, probably I guess from clearing the pipes. I called Guest Services for Engineering to help with a firestick connection but, no one picked up. So I went downstairs to ask personally but nobody was at the front desk. To my observation they were understaffed. The gentleman that helped me called Engineering and they were sent up 10mins later to help. Engineering seemed like he didn't want to be there when helping us. Seemed like in a rush. Again understaffed possibly? Though these flaws for this stay, doesn't mean we won't be back.

  : Unfortunately, I did encounter a small issue during check-in. After traveling for six hours by plane and then spending an additional four hours reaching the hotel from the airport, I arrived late at night, feeling extremely tired. The receptionist handling my check-in was not polite. She was arrogant, interrupted me, and spoke in a high voice, which was quite unprofessional and made the experience even more unpleasant. Despite my exhaustion, she did not show any understanding or willingness to assist me in a considerate manner.However, the next day, a senior administrator addressed and resolved the issue in just five minutes. This person handled the situation with utmost professionalism, which I greatly appreciated.
