  : Everything was broken (Ice machine, pool). I specifically booked this spot for the pool and it was out of order. The walls must be thin as well as we could hear everything in the neighbors room.

  : The breakfast was not replenished enough or left to burn. The pool and hot tub was closed the whole time we were there. The pool and hut tub is the reason we stayed there. We were on the first floor next to housekeeping so every morning about 7 they were getting their carts in the elevator outside our door. It was quite loud so we were usually up by 7am. Too early for being on vacation.

  : The bad over weighted the good.
  : When we checked in on Friday around 5:00 there was only one person at the desk. One couple waiting to talk to the manager and several people waiting to check in. Finally get to the front and the lady checks us in a room already occupied.

  : The room was spacious and clean, amenities were as expected. The TV worked effortless and the wifi was good and fast. We've had a quiet night and slept well. The young gentleman at the desk when checking out was very polite and helpful, and also the lady at the breakfast-hall was incredibly kind and friendly (especially to our kids). Breakfast was amazing and extensive and had everything you could ask for. If you are travelling north/north-west from Denver it's ideally situated near the interstate 25 and the Rocky Mountains.
  : The lady at the desk when checking in was a bit blunt and demanded identification before to be willing to answer any questions (I wasn't even allowed to take a luggage trolley to get the luggage out of the rain before showing ID). One would expect a bit more hospitality being so weary after having been on a 10 hour flight. The surroundings of the hotel aren't particularly nice or remarkable and contain only other hotels and fast food chains, although St. Vrain State Park is across the street.

  : Blow dryer did not work and when I closed the bathroom door it jumped as if the hinges were coming off or the door was warped.
