  : Location, the staff were polite and the bedding was clean and room was tidy.
  : The bathrooms were a tad ghetto. Better towels would have been a good accommodation maybe.

  : Staff was super helpful and accommodating to extra needs. Efficient on fixing things if I noticed it needed attention. Anna her mother and Eric were all three very friendly and helpful.
  : It's just a Ross the street from the hospital.so if there was an emergency calling for an ambulance then you could hear the sirens more then usual but other then that it was fine.

  : it was close to where we needed to be
  : The towels and bedsheet were stained. It was the worst hotel bed weve ever slept in. The mattress was not soft at all. It felt like sleeping on a box spring. A mattress topper would have been nice. There was no blanket. The bed was made up of a bed-liner, a sheet, and a super thin bed cover that was itchy and scratchy and too gross to leave on the bed to use as a blanket. Its only purpose seemed to be to make the bed look nice. Thankfully my wife had brought a blanket with her. Lastly there were only two sad limp pillows. One for each of us. Zero support.

  : The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked great.
  : The room had a bad smell, and was super dirty from the walls to the carpet. Some of the outlets didn't work, nor did the lamp. The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom and soaked the floors. The water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold during the duration of the shower, and the towels had a weird smell.
