  : We loved the view and the house was warm and comfortable in December. There was plenty of crockery and cooking equipment. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Easy to get to nice walks and into Looe. We were lucky with the weather and walked to Polperro. We also walked the other way to Milandreth.
  : The steps to the property are steep and narrow. This was fine for us but could be difficult if you have small children or are elderly.

  : Given the price there was an expectation that the place would be clean and the furniture of a certain standard. While it was function it felt like student digs.

  : This property is not suitable for people with any mobility issues due to the extremely steep access steps. As a result we were not able to stay in it and had to find alternative accommodation.

  : Kitchen bin lid broken. Bathroom had sewerage smell. A hairdryer would of been useful. Please mention the steep steps so potential guests are made aware.
