  : The owner is a kind person, parking always available, the apartment stays fresh even in hot days. The position is good if you like lopar for us too crowded. The beds are comfortable.
  : The forniture is quite old or broken. The price is quite high for the comfort offered. The apartment seems to not be built to the end. Simple things are missing, that for the rent we had expected. For example there is a clothes horse but only 4 broken clothespins. A dishwasher, but not detergent. A big fridge, but the door is partially broken.

  : - Close to beach for children < 2 years. - Perfect beach for 2+ - 99 years reachable by walk. - Shops very close to appartments. - Parking partly in shade. - air conditioning, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, - hair dryer - enough space in all rooms.
  : - Only single hook for towel near a shower. I would expect there at least same stand as is next to sink. We use to put there one chair for that purpose.- In kitchen nothing to hook small towels for hands and dishes. We added a twine there for that purpose.- We use to borrow broom from outside to sweep a floor each day, but it disappeared after ~ 3 days. Would be nice, if broom and small shovel for dust is available in appartment. Also something for cleaning the floor would be nice.- Little surprise to me was, there was no dish cleaner (Jar or that kind of liquid).- Would be nice to have there 1-2 spare sachets for garbage (for trash bin).- No insect nets - we had to catch some mosquitoes during night- we had to clean wardrobes from dush before using- only one teaspoon- probably a water stone (calcium) on nets of water tap ... water was going all around if we wanted more water. Same in kitchen and bathroom.- microwave owen is working, but it's actually broken - plate doesn't rotate.- TV was not set up. Many falimilies would have issue to use it. Audio output was switched to some not present device and hence not working and wasn't connected to wifi, hence youtube wasn't working.- no information about wifi access.- wifi has poor coverage. Worked with small signal in kitchen and basically didn't work in bedroom.- Table in kitchen was partially extended, but somehow broken or incomplete or not centered.. not sure .. issue was, that we put something heavier to right side of the table and it fall down with whole table top..... so in the end all was on floor, including water etc... and there was nothing to clean that water available (we had to use paper towels) .... So we fully extended that table, centered legs to table top and put there some twine to at least somehow make it more stable.- few water taps have swapped cold and warm water. And warm one is sometimes dangerously hot.

  : the fridge was moldy. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. after an notice, they brought a new fridge and after 5 days and after 8 days a new toilet seat for the guest to install himself. Around the house is a warehouse of stamped possessions.
