  : The sofa bed was just terrible! very uncomfortable and did not stay put properly.

  : The kitchen table and chairs weren’t great. maybe add some bar stools in the kitchen and another chair in the living room. Lots of street noise at night but thats not your fault.

  : No lighting apart from desk or floor lamps. Smoke alarms disabled in majority of the house. Also having to meet someone to access the keys put time restrictions on us. Would be better if there were a lock box to collect them.

  : I unfortunately don’t write reviews but felt on this occasion it was required due to the situation we faced. The accommodation states deluxe, there wasn’t anything deluxe about it. The bathroom was small, wires hanging from the ceiling, the carpets needed cleaning. The worst part was the noise, the apartment is in a complex with I’m assuming local residents. There was always noise in entering the building, which we could cope with BUT every morning between midnight and 2am it sounded like the neighbours were moving furniture. We informed the agents but the noise continued. We didn’t sleep well for the duration of our stay. We were given 1 set of keys and asked for another set, we were informed they would be brought the next day and this didn’t happen. When we arrived the WiFi wasn’t working and they were trying to repair it but were unable to do so. We were informed that somebody would come the following day at 1, so could we be around to let them in! We informed them no, to be fair the WiFi did get repaired in our absence.

  : The apartment was far from ‘Deluxe’ and looked nothing like the photo’s. The Wifi was slow and actually stopped working the day before check out. The shower was broken and we struggled to get hot water until the repairer came out and managed to get it working but you had to use hot and cold as opposite dial - again closer to check out. The staff where responsive to our issues at first but then stopped replying. We didn’t find the location very central to anything at all, we spent a lot of money on Uber’s. For the price of the accommodation and the photo’s displayed on the advertisement, we will be going elsewhere in future. Everyone in our group was disappointed with this accommodation, we had stayed in several apartments and hotels during our travels and all of the alternative accommodation we had was outstanding, this one was a bit of a let down in all honesty. Perhaps it depends which apartment you are given.

  : We found paperwork that said the owner was in breach of his lease and should not have had short term renters. The process of booking in, paying and checking out was also suspect. We were concerned during our stay that we could be asked to leave. I would be very suspect and would not deal with these people again.

  : -The location from Universal Studios- Locked/secure building - It was nice to have 2 bedrooms to accommodate our group - Extra blankets in the closet (we forgot ours)- Netflix - Having an actual kitchen - Having dishes available - Clean rooms, kitchen, bedding, and towels
  : - Felt like the pictures may have been misleading. We never saw a fancy pool, gym, or seating area- Very small Uncomfortable pullout sofa. Not a good sleeping arrangement for adults. - Would have loved some provided coffee (we found whole bean coffee and some very old pretty much solid ground coffee in a jar)- Long hairs were stuck all over the wall along the stairs - Not enough comfortable seating for our group. The sofa is small. - No TV’s in bedrooms- Shower had big bottles of shampoo and conditioner used by who knows how many people. I know this isn’t a hotel but it would be a nice touch to have some mini soaps/shampoos available instead. It would feel more clean as well. - Found food under one of the beds - Parking instructions before arrival would be helpful
