  : the rooms/living area was very dirty , sheet on the bed nasty, the extra bed they promised wasnt available, no extra sheet we ran out of paper towel and tissue paper, the couch in living room broken , the chairs dirty you can even seat on it, the environment was completely dominated by homeless people, didnt enjoy my stay my family very upset first time in california

  : Great location across the street from the Doubletree, good Japanese and Korean restaurants all around, full kitchen
  : Checkin. My GPS found the address, but I had to go to an alternate entrance in the back because I arrived much later than expected. The checkin information I had been sent before the trip was incorrect and not helpful. Olga clicked me in and the key and parking fob were on the counter, but I had to log into the internet before I could see the numerous pictures she sent about how to navigate the parking garage. All the electronic locks and buttons were too high tech for this old dude, so it took me about an hour to get my car installed and my things moved in. There was no temperature regulation or fan at all my first night; luckily the weather was good and the bedroom window was open, so it was 75 degrees and humid all night. In the morning I received an email (sent shortly after I went to bed) instructing me to flip a light switch on the ceiling of the bathroom, which turned on the AC. The bed was double, as advertised, and the pillows were chunks of soft foam rubber in bags. You have to provide your own Kleenex and paper towels, but there is a 7-11 nearby.

  : The apartment was big, spacious and beautiful. Very clean. Very nice apartment! The location was great! Starbucks right underneath the complex, seven eleven next door to it and a whole lot of eateries across the road!
  : The name and address of this accommodation is not the Downtown Cosmopolitan Residences. I walked around for about 20 mins trying to find this place only to find out that it's actually called the Wakamba LA and that I was walking around the wrong neighborhood. Very scary for a young woman in a new country! This needs to be updated to reflect the correct name and location

  : The Bed and pillow case are so dirty, There are some hair strands and make up stain on our pillow. I requested to change it but the agent is not replying very unresponsive! Even the sofa have hair strand! Not worth paying
